SanMu Audio (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the site currently handles visit statistics and information that you choose to send us.
1. What we collect today
If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, name, project context and message that you choose to provide. The product-page comment feature is enabled only after the production database is configured; when enabled, it may store the email, comment, vote and moderation state that you submit for product feedback. Plug-in downloads and payments are still not open.
2. How we use it
Email information is used to answer questions, handle product feedback, investigate compatibility and discuss partnerships. We do not sell your email to advertisers or use message content for unrelated marketing.
3. Visit statistics
If Umami is configured for the site, it is used to count page visits. The deployment configuration determines whether analytics is enabled; the site does not intentionally set advertising-tracking cookies.
4. Retention and deletion
Emails are retained for the time needed to complete the conversation and relevant product follow-up. You can email contact@sanmuaudio.com to request deletion of related contact records, and we will process the request within a reasonable period.
5. Policy updates
When downloads, payments, licensing or account features open, this policy will be updated first to explain the new data, purpose, retention and deletion practices.
